Professional background:
For over 10 years, I’ve helped companies launch, grow, and scale revenue, including being one of the first sales hires who helped build the growth strategy at a startup now valued at over $2 billion. All while navigating my own creative entrepreneurship journey and building my somatic healing & coaching business that I love.
I received my Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, where I studied Cultural Psychology, and was part of the Harvard Innovation Labs, supporting entrepreneurs and creatives in bringing their visions to life since its founding.
I’m certified with the Trauma Resource Institute, and my training/education includes studying with trauma-informed mindfulness experts, somatic therapists, nervous system educators, doulas, breathwork facilitators, and coaches specializing in business, identity, life alignment, and leadership.
